A walk down memory lane

What should I say about my 2011 year? There were ups and downs... It's life...

However, I've had quite a year, after going through some difficult moments, God gave me much more to life. He gave me more friends, more activities and finally let me find myself once again instead of living life the way someone wanted it to be.

I met new friends from KL, dancers, bloggers, even all the way from Melaka. (Thanks again Miao for bringing me around Melaka. I will bring you around Ipoh some time soon I hope.)

Celebrated my birthday with new friends, old friends, friends whom I never knew would be interested in hanging out with me, my family...

I turned up at parties uninvited and had quite some fun. Everyone lives just once. Don't they? So why limit yourself and lay low? 2012 may just be the end!

Attended some dress up parties which I dressed up as a Fairy and also an angel. Save cost huh? At least I got to dress up as something and got something in return. No, not the free beer or stuff, more to the memories. People in Euro House has treated me well. They are just like a family! I love being there so much. It's practically my second home!

I WENT TO BATTLEGROUND FINALS!!! Not as in a participant but as a spectator. It was good enough for me. Although it's not too late to start continuing back my dream, but I also think it is almost time... Regrets...

Held a few parties of my own, birthday or steamboat, I had fun with the time spent with my friends. Friends were the only thing that kept me going through those hard times in the year.

I braved myself up to cut my hair short again. I didn't have to explain it to anyone this time like I had to ask for permission before. I live for myself now. Many liked my hair though.. Or so I heard...

In 2011, I may lost some but gained MORE. I shall say it had done me well. Better than I thought I would have.... In 2012, I am sure to say that I will have an absolute Crazier Happier life. You'll have to stay tuned to my blog to know what I may come out with next!

Happy Dragon Year!!!

It finally 2012!!! Have you done your resolutions for the past year or the years before? I am just sick and tired of making resolutions every beginning of the year and not achieving some of it.So this year, I will just say I will try my best to be a happy person, make people around me happy, be the best friends anyone could ask for, earn as much and try to use little, try to blog at least twice a week and try to vlog more. Nothing more than that. People say that 2012 is the last year on the calender or the end of the world? However, I will just live life the fullest as I always do. 

Today's the first day of the year. I started my day by driving out in the MRS, to pick up my bestie for lunch before sending her off for her movie at Jusco.

I drove on the highway to pick her and all I went to was 130km/h as I wanted to reach my destination in one piece.

For lunch, we had some Rojak from Hollywood since I had some dimsum from home.

After dropping Chanelle off at Jusco, I went to Kar Hing's house to pick him up for lunch. We headed to Beacon Point for lunch, a place where he failed to go twice as they were closed. Thank God it is open today though they close on Sundays. He ordered a set with soup, main meal, cake and tea. Here's his soup. Looks yummy???

I on the other hand only had a piece of Sinfully Nice cake. Seriously, it is the name of the cake! Sinfully Nice and no doubt... IT IS very sinfully nice... YUM!!!

They still had some christmas deco in the shop. Cute...

We were shooed out of the shop not long after as it was time for them to close. Bummer thing is that it was raining cat shit and dog shit! They didn't have the tendency to offer us an umbrella. Oh well, we just stood outside and talked and made a very lame video as usual... ^^

Then, we were stuck in JAM at Jusco area... DAMN!!!

Came home after sending Kar Hing home, and dozed off on the sofa. Damn was I tired in the very cooling weather...  Last but not least, I would like to wish you all a HAPPY DRAGON YEAR!!!

New Years eve!!!

Time flies so fast! It's the last day of the year already!!! I woke up, put on my best makeup and dress and headed out to get my car...


I have a choice today on which car I would like to take out. Which do you think I took?

Yeap, I took the MRS out to Alex's bro's house. We were having a steamboat party at his house. We just wanted somewhere not so crowded and noisy to end our year. It would be crowded and overpriced everywhere, not forgetting roadblocks!

The food we had for steamboat was just miraculously marvellous!!!

 We had a game of cards after our meal while waiting to countdown.

There was a concert or some party going on in Lost World of Tambun, so we had quite a view of the fireworks display from outside the house. Here's a video of it!

 

We went home a little after midnight. I drove the MRS and saw a jam at the traffic light. I knew that there was definitely a roadblock but I still went for it. Why avoid when I have nothing to hide? I had to go home with that road anyway. 

When it finally was my turn, the police asked for my IC and License. After struggling a little to get my purse from behind my seat, I volunteered to drive to the side. As he walked over to where I parked on the side, I handed him my identifications and he asked me why I put it there. I told him how unsafe it is nowadays and it is always safer behind my seat when I drive a sports car. He agreed on how unsafe it is already. Then, he asked me where I went to. I just said a friend's house for a quiet steamboat party and started small talk like how crowded it is in a pub and stuff. He said he was envious on us having a holiday and such... Finally he let me go after seeing my address and knowing I was heading home. Oh, I wished him a happy new year though! HAHA!!! What a start of the year for him...
