My exhausting workout

If you've followed me on Twitter, Facebookor Instagram, you would have known by now that I am starting my slightly healthier lifestyle by walking and running with my dogs every Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the evenings. Today, I walked and ran with my dogs and then headed to Pasar Malam. Mom and I decided to bring Coco to her old house (my sister-in-law's house) to visit her old masters.

However, we didn't know she felt uneasy staying there... We had no choice but to bring her along and carry her throughout the whole walk. I carried her, which weights 5.2KGs.

She enjoyed her walk, but I didn't. My hands felt so numb it actually felt broken or something. I didn't even have the energy to scratch my nose after the whole walk!!! OMG! People passed by saying how cute and adorable it is. What they didn't know was how heavy it was...

A day out with my pals. SUSHI CRAZY!!!

I had some free time in the noon, therefore I went with my buddies to AEON again for some lunch and walk. Although I had my lunch already, I still ordered some food. Reason to that? We went for Sushi at Sakae Sushi and I couldn't resist ordering some Salmon.

The happy boys had a promotion voucher with them, therefore they had this free dish. It's sort of like a Prawn sushi. I guess it's a new dish and it was just given out as a tester?

Then, of course we went for the usual, CHATIME!!! Colby and I are a crazy fan of Chatime. BEST BUDS! Here's the nice interior wall of the place.

After Chatime, guess what we did... WE WENT BACK TO SAKAE SUSHI!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! No, we are not crazy. It's just that during lunch time just now, we found out that there is this promotion... Who can resist this tempting temptation?!?!

Of  course, this buy one free one RM5.99 per plate promotion is only valid on Mondays to Fridays from 3pm-6pm. Each table is only eligible to a maximum of 10 dishes in total (buy 5 free 5). It was good enough for our teatime.

We started off with these few random dishes as we didn't see any salmon dishes coming out...

After about half an hour of looking everywhere and seeing salmon dishes being delivered to all the tables, we asked the waitress if we were allowed to order and still be eligible for the buy one free one. Apparently, it is possible except for the handrolls. Kar Hing was lucky enough to grab the only one running on the belt. The thing is, the promotion is only for red plates on the conveyor belt. The salmons were allowed to be ordered I guess because it would not be fresh if it were to be in room temperature going round the conveyor belt all day. Without any further hesitation, WE ORDERED SALMON!!!

After eating, I sent them off to get home in time for work again. Then, I spent some time with Princess Coco Bella Puff!!! It's also the first day I start running with her around my house area. good exercise...

And eventually she got so tired... she slept early. HAHA!!! First time for this fatty to get some exercise...

Beautiful Nightmare

Dreams...

Don't you just wish that some dreams came true? 

Have you ever woken up in the morning feeling bummed that it was all just a dream?

Damn, that's just how I feel right now...

I've been having weird dreams nowadays. 

Most of it, I wished came true...

I've been dreaming about this someone frequently nowadays. It's definitely a sweet and beautiful dream. How is it also a nightmare? He is someone I fancy yet he is committed in a very serious relationship. It's impossible to come true...

ARGH! Dreams, I rather you just leave me alone. No matter good or bad...
